This video is a brief description of the teaching mechanism used in ReadingDoctor® ReadingSounds™ 1 Pro. The video explains how the system uses multisensory, mnemonic based scaffolding to teach children to discriminate visually and auditorily between a set of targets to be learnt (in this case letter-sounds). The video explains how ReadingDoctor® ReadingSounds™ 1 Pro automatically identifies specific areas of weakness for the student , provides more practice and support in those areas, and eliminates those targets which have already been mastered by the student in order to facilitate rapid, accurate, automatic recognition of targets to be learnt:
