With internet based activation this process occurs automatically. To adjust the number of licences to the purchased licence type manually, please follow these instructions:
1. Please let us know that you have activated CMServer.exe manually and that you are requesting a manual licence adjustment by emailing support@readingdoctor.com.au with your activation code
2. Once you have received confirmation from us, stop all instances of CMServer (Close the application if running as an application or run 'CMServer.exe /u' in the command prompt if running as a service)
3. Add 'ForceWebCheck=Once' in the [Main] section of the ReadingSounds 1 Pro.exe.cm.ini file (located in the 'WX' folder where the CopyMinder files are located)
- (Note: To locate the WX folder, please do a search for it using explorer or open the ReadingSounds 1 Pro.exe.cm.ini file (located in the same directory as CMServer.exe) to get the path to the folder)
- If you do not want to allow CMServer.exe to attempt to connect to the internet (thus forcing a manual update), you will need to temporarily disable the internet before moving to the next step.\
4. Run CMServer. It will display the Product Key and Installation code and prompt you to enter an update codeGo to
www.copyminder.com/update.php to get an update code using your Product Key and Installation code.
5. Enter the update code
6. CMServer should now run with the correct number of allowed users
